Quinn Windrider is fiercely loyal and highly intelligent. As Captain of the WingGuard, he does not back down from any assignment. Born with one leg, he’s always one step ahead of everyone else. But Quinn doesn’t know where he fits in, as he was not accepted by his own clan.

Raised by the owl, Florent, Commander of the StealthWing, Quinn feels out of place because he is not an owl himself. This leaves him with feelings of loneliness, questioning if he is ever good enough. Displaced from his forest home, he begins to understand where he belongs, learns to believe in himself, and trust in his friends.
